- All orders for printing (e.g., 3-ring binders, coil-bound books) are subject to acceptance by Print Center Guru. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock, errors, or suspected fraud.
- You’re responsible for providing accurate files and specs—proofs are final once approved.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are as quoted—taxes and shipping extra unless stated. We may adjust pricing anytime, but not for confirmed orders.
- Full payment is due upfront via check, credit card, or agreed upon method. No work starts until funds clear.
3. Delivery
- We aim to ship fast, but timelines are estimates—delays (e.g., carrier issues) aren’t on us.
- Shipping costs are your responsibility; risk transfers upon dispatch.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Errors on our end (e.g., misprints) get fixed or refunded—contact us within 7 days at support@printcenterguru.com
- No returns for custom work approved by you or shipping delays beyond our control.
5. Liability
- Our liability caps at your order total. We’re not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., missed events).
- Products are “as is”—no extra warranties beyond what’s stated.
6. Intellectual Property
- You own your content; we don’t claim it. You confirm it’s yours to print—no infringement.
7. General

- Governed by Pennsylvania State law. Disputes go to Montgomery County courts.
